NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 02 November 2022 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Tollgate Energy Storage Limited (company number 13048014) whose registered office is situated at C/O Low Carbon Limited Stirling Square, 5-7 Carlton Gardens, London, SW1Y 5AD, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
