Consultation on the closeout methodologies for RIIO-ET1

Share the page

The RIIO-ET1 price control ran from 1 April 2013 to 31 March 2021. Within RIIO-ET1 there are a number of cost areas that require specific mechanisms to account for their uncertain nature. As a result of these mechanisms, some areas of the price control need to be settled (“closed out”) once the price control has ended. This document outlines the scope and purpose of the proposed methodologies and asks the questions on which we are consulting. We welcome views from stakeholders on our suggested approach.
