In July 2024 we consulted on our minded-to directions to Cadent Gas Ltd, Northern Gas Networks Limited and National Gas Transmission to return to gas consumers a funding overpayment for Hydrogen Village Trial Stage 2, caused by the use of an incorrect price base to calculate the Approved Amount for Stage 2, and to recover underspends against the Stage 2 funding amount.
We are publishing our decision and directions after considering the responses we received following publication of our consultation.
