Decision on the proposed modifications to the RIIO-2 Electricity Distribution licences

We published a statutory consultation on the 14th December 2022 on proposed changes to the licence conditions required to implement the RIIO-2 price control settlement for electricity distribution networks.

The consultation closed on 17 January 2023 and, following careful consideration of responses, we have decided to implement the licence modifications as set out in the notices below. The licence modifications will come into effect on 1 April 2023.

Update - 15 February 2023

We have published an additional letter, clarifying our intent to correct a typographical error in Special Condition 3.12.

Update - 17 February 2023

We have published the remaining Associated Documents, and their consultation issue logs, relating to the licence modifications published on 3 February 2023.
