Decision on modifications to Demand Side Response Licence Conditions in National Gas Transmission Plc's Gas Transporter Licence

This decision notice and accompanying cover letter outlines our decision to approve proposed changes to National Gas Transmission Plc's Gas Transporter Licence on sections relating to gas Demand Side Response.

This is following a stakeholder consultation on 17 January 2024 and a statutory consultation on 11 March 2024 on these proposed changes. The statutory consultation closed on 11 April 2024 and we have decided to implement the modifications as set out below.
