NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 14 September 2022 an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(1)(d) of the Act to Dare Power Ltd (company number 13381297) whose registered office is situated at 43-45 Dorset Street, London, W1U 7NA, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic premises in the area specified in Schedule 1 (below).
