Following consultation on this issue between 8 February 2024 and 11 March 2024, we are now conducting a Statutory Consultation on our minded-to position on modifying the Generation Licence to include Section F: Supplementary Conditions for Assets Dedicated to Network Service Provision.
The intended impact of this modification is to ensure that the Generation Licence is clear in how it applies to assets which provide network services while not providing megawatts to the system for other reasons.
This consultation is open from 26 April 2024 until 27 May 2024.
