Modifications to the gas Regulatory Instructions and Guidance, Regulatory Reporting Packs and the PCFM Guidance for RIIO-2 Year 3

On 27 February 2024, the Authority issued a Notice proposing modifications to the RIIO-2 Regulatory Instructions and Guidance (RIGs), the Regulatory Reporting Packs (RRPs) and the PCFM Guidance for gas transmission and distribution networks.

We are now publishing the modified versions of the RIIO-2 RIGs, RRPs and PCFM Guidance, following the receipt of stakeholder feedback on the notice. These modifications are made for the purpose of clarifying the reporting requirements for network licensees and will have taken affect from 4 April 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, annual reporting information submitted in respect of the 2023 to 2024 regulatory year should comply with the RFPR template and RIGs, as modified.

The decision for the electricity transmission RIGs will be published at a later date.
