Under section 8A(2) of the Act, we propose to modify the standard conditions of the Licence that we are minded to grant to Advanced Electricity Networks Limited, by removing the entire of Section B (Additional Standard Conditions for Electricity Distributors who are Distribution Services Providers).
We also propose to insert into the Licence a new Section BA to include the following amended standard conditions:
(a) Standard Licence Condition BA1. Not used
(b) Standard Licence Condition BA2. Regulation of charging arrangements
(c) Standard Licence Condition BA3. Credit Rating of Licensee
(d) Standard Licence Condition BA4. Indebtedness; and
(e) Standard Licence Condition BA5. Valid Bad Debt Claims
