Notice proposing modifications to the Regulatory Reporting Pack (RRP) and Regulatory Instructions and Guidance (RIGs) for RIIO-ET2

We propose to make changes to the Electricity Transmission Regulatory Reporting Pack (RRP) and Regulatory Instructions and Guidance (RIGs). These modifications are made for the purpose of clarifying the existing reporting requirements.

This notice fulfils our obligation under Part C of Standard Licence Condition B15 (Regulatory Instructions and Guidance) of the electricity transmission licence.

Please let us know, by close of business on 31 March 2023, if you have any comments on the proposals.
