Approval of a reduced notice period in respect of an additional amendment to the Charging Statement for Regulatory Year 2022/23

Smart DCC Ltd (DCC) has requested a reduced Notice period in respect of an additional amendment to the Charging Statement for Regulatory Year ending 31 March 2023 (RY22/23) to reduce the monthly Fixed Charges.

We consent to the reduced Notice period of 21 days on the basis that DCC is proposing to reduce the Fixed Charges in order to return money to its customers, and so DCC customers benefit from the proposed amendments to the Charging Statement as they receive the money earlier than had DCC followed the standard correction factor process.
