Decision to send back CUSC Modification Proposal CMP344 (second Final Modification Report)

Authority decision to send back the second Final Modification Report for CUSC modification proposal CMP344 'Clarification of Transmission Licensee revenue recovery and the treatment of revenue adjustments in the Charging Methodology'. We have decided that we cannot properly form an opinion on the Proposal based on the submitted FMR and we are therefore sending it back for further work.
