Network Asset Risk Metric handbook: clearly identifiable threshold statutory consultation
Share the page
We are seeking views on the unit cost of risk threshold used for clearly identifiable over and under deliveries under the Network Asset Risk Metric (NARM) Funding Adjustment and Penalty mechanism.
Who should respond
We would like to hear from licensees and network customers, particularly those with an interest in the NARM Funding Adjustment and Penalty mechanism.
Background
We previously amended the clearly identifiable over or under delivery element to the NARM Funding Adjustment and Penalty mechanism.
In July 2024, we consulted on our proposed thresholds values for clearly identifiable over or under delivery. Later on in November 2024, we decided on the threshold values we thought were appropriate.
Why your views matter
Your feedback to this statutory consultation will help us understand whether the threshold values we set for the unit cost of risk is suitable.
How to respond
Please send your feedback to assetriskresilience@ofgem.gov.uk by 9 May 2025. You can send a PDF (pdf), Word (doc) or Excel (xls) document as part of your response.
