Decision on Distribution Licence condition changes for EBSS

Based on the Chancellor of Exchequer announcement on further changes to the EBSS scheme on the 26th of May of 2022, where the Levy (obligations imposed to DNOs to recover the grant) was dropped therefore Ofgem:

a. withdraws the proposal to introduce new distribution licence modifications as suggested in the Networks consultation.

b. withdraws the need to request information from DNOs as part of implementing the scheme.
