The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 29 August 2025 an electricity distribution licence was granted under section 6(1)(c) of the Act to AGR Networks Limited (company number 15784562) whose registered office is situated at 3rd Floor Chancery House, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 1JB United Kingdom (“the Licence”) authorising it to distribute electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 (attached) for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises.
