Centrica Storage Limited was granted an exemption to negotiated third party access for the Rough gas storage facility on 03 August 2022. The Authority has, with the consent of the facility owner, decided to amend this exemption. This letter sets out our decision to extend the exemption and includes the revised Exemption Order.
