Letter on ending temporary SoLR levy claim process

This letter is to set out and invite comment on our proposal to end the temporary process for a Supplier of Last Resort (SoLR) to claim for a Last Resort Supply Payment (LRSP, often referred to as a ‘levy claim’). We propose ending the temporary multiple levy claim process and reverting to the ‘single claim’ process as used before introduction of the temporary process.
