Decision on smart meter reporting requirements

Today we are publishing our decision on smart meter reporting requirements for 2024 and 2025. This decision follows our statutory consultation in which we have carefully weighed up the evidence provided in responses.

We can confirm that our decision today confirms reporting requirements will change for 2024 and 2025. These changes will take effect from 5 January 2024.

Alongside the decision document and modification notices, we have also published any non-confidential responses to our consultation.
