This letter is our decision on the proposed revisions to the Entry Capacity Release (ECR), the Entry Capacity Substitution (ECS), Exit Capacity Substitution and Revision (ExCS), and Entry Capacity Trade and Transfer (ECTT) Methodology Statements, which were submitted to the Authority by National Gas Transmission Plc (NGT) on 20 March 2023, following their consultation.
We have decided to reject the proposed revisions to the ECR Methodology Statement relating to capacity withdrawal at Milford Haven, while accepting other minor changes. We are accepting all changes to the other three Methodology Statements. The reasons for this decision are outlined in our letter below.
