The Strategic Innovation Fund (SIF) will be implemented in the electricity distribution sector for the start of RIIO-ED2 on 1 April. As a result, certain provisions of the Electricity Transmission Licence need to be changed. We are consulting on those proposed changes.

Attached to the proposed changes are housekeeping amendments for Chapters 1-5 of the licence.
