The core guidance document, and associated guidance documents and templates, are directed at electricity transmission, gas transmission and gas distribution network companies and their stakeholders. It sets out the information we expect to see in network companies’ business plans for RIIO-3 and how we will assess those plans to arrive at our draft and final determinations in 2025.
Update 30 September 2024
Today we are re-publishing the Business Plan Guidance and the associated documents. The new versions of these documents are being published to correct some errors and provide clarifications.
