Approval of updated form of Smart DCC Ltd's Charging Statement for Service Charges for the Regulatory Year 2025 to 2026

On 20 December 2024, Smart DCC Ltd (DCC) submitted an updated charging statement to us, which had been updated following Ofgem’s decision on MP275 and resubmitted on 24 March 2025. This was in the form that it expects to use for the regulatory year starting on 1 April 2025.

We have decided to approve the form of the Charging Statement for Service Charges prepared by Smart DCC Limited.
