Supplier Performance Report: July to December 2021

Share the page

The Supplier Performance Report (SPR) reports incidents where energy suppliers have not complied with their obligations under the environmental, energy efficiency and social programmes we administer on behalf of the government.

Incidents of non-compliance can increase the costs associated with these schemes and additional costs can be passed on to consumers through energy bills. To hold suppliers to account, we publish the report to provide transparency around scheme delivery and administration, helping to ensure the schemes work as effectively as possible and deliver the intended benefits to consumers.

This report covers incidents of non-compliance recorded over the six-month period between 1 July and 31 December 2021.
