This statutory consultation sets out proposed modifications to the Electricity System Operator’s special licence conditions to implement funding arrangements for the transition to a Future System Operator.

We are also consulting on a draft version the FSO Transition Funding Governance Document, which is a new proposed Associated Document that would be introduced by the proposed modifications.
