On 6 September 2023, the Authority published the text of the proposed FSO Transition Funding Governance Document and stated that representations must be made on or before 4 October 2023. We received 2 representations to our consultation, which we have carefully considered. Our response to these representations can be found in the issues log published alongside this FSO Transition Funding Governance Document. We have made several changes to the proposed text of the FSO Transition Funding Governance Document as a result of the consultation responses, with our reasons for those changes set out in the issues log.
We are publishing the FSO Transition Funding Governance Document in line with Special Conditions 2.15.8 and 2.15.9 of NGESO’s licence. Special Condition 2.15 will take effect from 13 December 2023. We intend to publish a direction on or around 13 December 2023 formally issuing the FSO Transition Funding Governance Document.
