Decision to modify the special conditions of the electricity transmission licences held by National Grid Energy Transmission and SP Transmission

On 9 December 2024, we published a consultation on a proposal to modify Appendix 1 of the electricity transmission licence special condition 3.14 (SpC 3.14), the Medium Sized Investment Projects (MSIP) Re-opener and Price Control Deliverable (MSIPREt), for National Grid Electricity Transmission Plc and SP Transmission plc.
Following consideration of the responses, we have decided to modify SpC 3.14 in the manner set out in the consultation. The responses we received have been published on our website.
