Outcome of CUSC modification proposal CMP432: Improve Locational Onshore Security Factor for Transmission Network Use of System (TNUoS) wider tariffs.
Details of outcome
We have decided to reject proposal CMP432.
Code modification description
SSE raised the modification proposal on 7 March 2024.
CMP432 aimed to address perceived defects in the cost-reflectivity of the “Locational Onshore Security Factor”, in order that Transmission Network Use of System (TNUoS) charges would better reflect the way Transmission Owners plan for a secure network, based on the Security and Quality of Supply Standard requirements.
