On 22 October 2021, we published a consultation to seek views on our minded-to decision for a modified Transmission Licence for Mersey Reactive Power Limited (MRPL). The consultation also outlined the proposed Terms of the licence, and our initial views on the conditions that may apply to the licence. The consultation period subsequently closed on 23 November 2021. We reviewed all responses and have produced a decision letter and associated log of responses.
