This is a statutory consultation on making the modifications to the special licence conditions in the Transmission Owner's electricity transmission licences required to implement the Accelerated Strategic Transmission Investment (ASTI) framework.

We are also consulting on a new ASTI Guidance and Submissions Requirements Document and modification to the Price Control Deliverable Reporting Requirements and Methodology Document.
