On 13 March 2023, the Authority published a statutory consultation to modify provisions of the Electricity Transmission Licence held by NGESO. These proposed changes were raised as the Strategic Innovation Fund (SIF) will be implemented in the electricity distribution sector for the start of RIIO-ED2 on 1 April 2023. Attached to these changes were housekeeping amendments for Chapters 1 – 5 of the licence. We have identified the drafting used in our Statutory Consultation does not use the most up to date special conditions of the Electricity Transmission Licence, and are issuing this erratum notice to correct the minor errors.
