Decision to use our power of direction for the Electricity System Operator's C16 review - 2024

In accordance with Standard Condition C16 of its Electricity Transmission Licence, the Electricity System Operator (ESO) is required to conduct an annual review of all licence statements, proposing changes as necessary. Following consultation, the ESO submitted to the Authority its annual report for approval.

We expect the updated documents to be published and to enter into force from 1 April 2024.
