In May 2022 we concluded on the detail of the methodologies and funding mechanisms used for the closeout of the RIIO-1 price control applicable to the electricity transmission licence held by each of the three onshore licensees.
We are now proposing to make modifications to the electricity transmission licence of National Grid Electricity Transmission plc to incorporate provisions for the purpose of implementing elements of the RIIO-T1 closeout methodology.
This notice is raised under section 11A(2) of the Electricity Act 1989.
