The Common Connection Charging Methodology (CCCM) describes how the cost of connecting to the electricity distribution network is calculated. The CCCM also explains which of these costs are paid by customers and which are paid by Distribution Network Operators (DNOs). This letter sets out our views on one aspect of the CCCM where DNOs currently have different interpretations of how it should be implemented.
