The Authority issues a “Section D Direction” to MRPL under section A3(2) of the Electricity Transmission Standard Licence Conditions, to take effect from 1 April 2022.

The Licence sets out specific conditions within Section D that will apply to the Licensee (the ‘Specified Conditions’). This Section D Direction obligates MRPL to comply with the Specified Conditions, as required by the Licence.
