Approval of the ESO’s Compliance Documents 2023

The ESO has a licence obligation to submit to the Authority for approval its business separation compliance statement; the form of its annual business separation compliance report; and the form of its business separation compliance certificate. This letter provides the Authority’s approval of NGESO’s compliance documents 2023.
