NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY TRANSMISSION LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 17 February 2022 an electricity transmission licence was granted under section 6(1)(b) of the Act to Mersey Reactive Power Limited (company number 11505358) whose registered office is situated at Gables Lodge, 62 Kenilworth Road, Leamington, CV32 6JX, United Kingdom, authorising it to participate in the transmission of electricity within the area specified in Schedule 1 to the Licence.
