We are consulting on proposed modifications to the Electricity System Operator Regulatory and Incentives (ESORI) guidance document.
We would like your views on our proposed modifications to the ESORI Guidance for 2023-25. The proposed modifications ensure the ESORI arrangements and guidance are revised appropriately to complement our Draft Determinations on the ESO’s second business plan and cycle (BP2). The proposed modifications would take effect from 1 April 2023.
We welcome responses on any aspect of our proposed new version of the ESORI Guidance document and in particular whether the updated information provided on the evaluation criteria and reporting requirements, particularly cost monitoring, are clear.
