On 30 June 2023, we published a statutory consultation on proposed modifications to the ESO licence special conditions to implement our RIIO-2 Business Plan 2 (BP2) Final Determinations and improve the clarity of the licence and its relationship with the Price Control Financial Instruments (PCFIs) and the ESO Price Control Financial Handbook (PCFH) following our Price Control Financial Model (PCFM) Working Groups earlier in the year.
We invited responses to this statutory consultation by 29 July 2023. After considering these responses and making minor amendments to our proposed licence drafting, we are now issuing a decision to make the licence modifications.
The decision will take effect from 7 October 2023.
