National Energy System Operator (NESO) will need to publish a Business Plan for the third Business Plan cycle (BP3), which will run from 1 April 2025 to March 2026. This will be the final Business Plan of the RIIO-2 price control period.
NESO is required to submit an updated BPDT alongside its Business Plan submission using the format and template below. NESO should use this template to submit its breakdown of BP3 costs.
