Urgency Granted for CM094: Amendment to Bi-annual estimate provisions

STC Modification Proposal 094 was raised by Scottish & Southern Electricity Networks on 16 January 2024. The Proposer seeks to modify the STC to prevent securities being requested from connecting customers where those securities relate to strategic transmission works approved by the Authority. The Proposer requested that the modification be treated as an Urgent STC Modification Proposal. We have granted this request with an amended timeline.
