Balancing and Settlement Code (BSC) P419: Extension of P383 to include non-final Demand (P419)

We have approved P419. This implements our changes to enable the aggregation and submission of the metered demand data of Non-Final Demand Facilities, such as electricity generation facilities, energy storage and eligible service facilities, for the BSUoS charges exemption.
