Decision to reject CUSC modification proposal CMP331

On 28 November 2019, Energy Potential Limited raised CUSC Modification Proposal (CMP) 331 (‘Option to replace generic Annual Load Factors (ALFs) with site specific ALFs’). The CUSC Panel subsequently submitted a Final Modification Report (FMR) to us on 12 July 2023. We have decided to reject CMP331 based on the FMR.
