CUSC Modification Proposal 396 was raised by Saltend Cogeneration Company Limited on 12 August 2022. This change seeks to charge BSUoS to Interconnector Lead Parties. The Proposer requested that CMP396 be treated as an Urgent CUSC Modification Proposal. We have not granted this request.
