Update to decision on urgency timetables of 'CM095: Implementing Connections Reform' and 'CM096: Application of Gate 2 Criteria to existing contracted background'

We consent to the request to extend the urgency timetables of CM095 and CM096.
Please note, as of 8th November 2024, CM096 has been withdrawn by the Proposer. Therefore the CM096-specific content of this decision letter can be disregarded. The implications of this are that there will be no further consultations on CM096 and Ofgem will no longer receive a Final Modification Report for CM096. However, CM095 will continue as planned.
