Decision to reject Connection and Use of System Code modification proposal CMP393

On 9 June 2022, Zenobe raised CUSC Modification Proposal (CMP) 393. The CUSC Panel subsequently submitted a Final Modification Report (FMR) to us on 17 June 2024. We have decided to reject CMP393.
