Authority decision on BSC modification P457

BSC modification P457 was submitted to us for decision on 18 September 2023. It proposes to remove the Electricity Arbitration Association (EAA) from the BSC and replace with the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). This letter outlines our decision to approve the modification proposal.
