DCUSA Modification Proposal 403 was raised by Hartree Partners Supply (UK) Limited on 14 April 2022. This change seeks to ensure back-up connections are exempt from the residual charge when it is already being paid for on another connection that relates to the same capacity. The Authority approved this modification on 16 February 2023.
