CMP384 - Decision on urgency

CUSC Modification Proposal 384 was raised by Scottish Power Renewables on 8 February 2022. This change seeks to update the fixed manifest error thresholds in the CUSC according to inflation. The Proposer requested that CMP384 be treated as an Urgent CUSC Modification Proposal. We have not granted this request.
