Decision to reject Uniform Network Code modification proposals 0831/0831A

We have considered the issues raised by the modification proposal and the Final Modification Report (FMR) for 0831 and 0831A dated 23 November 2023 and after careful consideration have decided to reject the modifications with our reasons set out in the decision letter.
