This Modification enables EMR Settlement (EMRS) Limited to complete the necessary preparatory work, on behalf of the Low Carbon Contracts Company (LCCC), for schemes established by the Secretary of State (SoS) outside of the Capacity Market (CM) and Contracts for Difference schemes.

The Authority has approved this modification.
